ACS Wade design dust extraction systems for any type of application. During our free survey our design engineer will ask questions about the process to ensure a full understanding of the design requirements. Following survey, a system will be designed which will conform to all Health & Safety legislation and be calculated and sized to offer the best system for your individual application. Our engineers will manufacture and install your system, parts of which may be bespoke to ensure optimum efficiency, and the system will be commissioned with a certificate issued in line with COSHH regulations.

Contracts are offered so that our engineers can test and maintain the system for you so you can be sure you have an effective and dust free working area.

Fume Extraction

For over 30 years we have been extracting many different types of fumes from workplaces. Each application is researched to ensure the most effective means of removing and / or negating the particular fume to be extracted. We have designed bespoke enclosures, intakes and innovative solutions over a wide range of applications from research laboratories to a galvanising process. At all stages of design, manufacture and installation we liaise fully with the client and relevant Health & Safety Officers so that the end result is a system which is in line with all current regulations and, most importantly, works.
